| 720. | Teaching and Research Assistance Requirement for Graduate Degrees

| | Upon approval of the Graduate Council, a department may establish as a requirement for graduate degrees
that all candidates for such degrees serve periods either as teaching or research assistants or both.
Exceptions to such a requirement may be made by the Dean of Graduate Studies, after approval by the
department and the Graduate Council. |
